Anywhere Workouts can help you with the everyday struggles to come to the gym or fitness class. As a personal mobile trainer I can help clients remove the most common obstacles sabotaging their fitness goals.

Comfort and Convenience

For people having a busy schedules, stay-at-home mums or those who simply prefer the comfort and privacy of their own place, having the mobile personal trainer saves the time and money of having to go to the gym. I will come to you and train you at home or local park.

Personalized

Working out at home, you might not know how to use the proper form and thus train effectively and in correct way. At Anywhere Workouts I will not only give you the motivation and guidance to stay commited to the healthy movement patterns, but also provide the structure, personalized plan and full attention to establish your fitness program.

No Equipment Required

You will not need any special training tools. I bring the gym to you and support you with the range of equipment to each session to keep it challenging and fun every time.

ABOUT

I am certified Health Fitness Coach & Power yoga Instructor and a fully dedicated mom. I have always been interested in sport and healthy lifestyle and for the past few years it has become a part of me.

Since giving the birth to my daughter, I’ve become a huge fan of home and outdoor workouts. I’ve never needed the gym or any special fitness class to get in shape. All I ever had is my small appartment or a simple outdoor area.

I believe our body is a precious gift, a capable tool for the movement. There is no final destination in the terms of movement. It is a constant journey where you can feel and experience the body awareness and you will be given both the physical and mental strength in return.

Wherever you are, whoever you are with or whatever life conditions you may have, if you are healthy, why not use it to your advantage and move your body regularly?

I have several years of experience in home training and thus I believe I can help you develop your workout goals, teach you the correct training techniques and make the fitness and movement your own part of the lifestyle. And all of these right on your doorstep.
